We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience with our shipping. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via reputed courier services. We charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 49, applicable to most pincodes across India. However, if your order value exceeds Rs. 499 after discounts, the shipping cost will be waived.

Cancellations & Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so prior to shipment, as cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been dispatched. Additionally, we do not accept returns due to hygiene & safety issues, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage. In such cases, kindly reach out to us at support@puretrails.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you for a replacement or a refund.
